Reactivate my account
You can never speak to anyone. I was with cast 360 than I lost my phone.
I also have someone actor friends. Also I have worked joined Lee Strasburg when I was younger. I have modeled with Judith Fontain modeling agency. Worked with runway modeling with AGVA.
When they were up and running. Lunching with Mickey Rooney!

Worst experience ever
I signed on for the trial for a dollar and I wanted to cancel my subscription. When I called customer service, they couldn't access my account because my email address was wrong.
So they pulled it up by my name and was told email address was wrong. I gave them my correct email address and they were suppose to send me email within two hours. I never received it.
I tried chatting with them and told the expert what the problem was and she ignored what I had typed to her several times and was put to sign up for the trial again even though I told her I already had an account. It was useless talking to the chat.

Pushy Reps, Shady Business
Seriously, don't fall for this scam. I have social anxiety but I've always wanted to voice act or be an extra, so I decided to take a leap for once in my life.
I was told they would take about $3 from my account, for a membership fee and a trial actor thing (and nothing else!) I had a bad feeling, with how pushy the rep was and how much he was telling and not listening, and then the way he asked for my debit card number, but I was already on the phone and too nervous to hang up. I was lucky enough that I read the fine print on the site after, and saw how much I would be charged after a two week then three week period. And the only way to cancel was to call, and talk with those same pushy representatives again, for potentially an hour or more to cancel my account! For 10 days I lay awake in bed, wondering how in the world I was going to get the nerve to call and deal with it.
Luckily, after some google searching, I found this site called Truebill that canceled the subscription for me, just in time, so I they didn't get more than $3 dollars from me. Unfortunately, glance at other reviews and you'll see I'm one of the lucky ones. Had I not looked at the fine print, I likely would have been blindsighted just like so many others.
Seriously, if a company doesn't have a easy way to sign up online then they're hiding something, usually a way too high monthly fee, which they did not disclose to me during the phone call. I hope they get sued someday.

They say 15.99 for 12 months but what they don’t tell you is that they’re going to charge you 191$ right away witch is you paying for a whole year. So to me it’s a scan becuase they don’t verify this.
