They will not stop calling me
Preferred solution: Them to leave me alone and never contact me again.
Casting360 Billed me TWICE
As a poor college student, I'm always on the lookout for a way to make some extra money. I don't have a job right now so I thought I'd give casting360 a try.
So I sign up and things seem to be going fine. Truthfully, two months went by and I never got on the site. I had a friend take some pictures of me and I was waiting to get them so I could make my online portfolio. I fell asleep thinking something should be done quickly.
I woke up with a text from my bank. I had been charged the monthly fee twice. TWICE. Once in LA and once in the UK.
So that was about $88 gone. My bank cancelled my debit card and they are going to help me fight the charge. I talked to Casting360 on the phone and it seemed like they were trying to talk me in circles. It could be a language barrier because it was in Indian guy.
(I've never talked to an American at Casting360... should have been my first warning sign). He said I should have been told the terms and conditions when I signed up. I was never told I would be billed twice in the same billing period from two different countries.
I am going to fight this and want to let as many people know as possible that this isn't a good company to work with.
Let's hope I can scrape together the money to pay my car insurance.
- Being mislead
- Membership payments not disclosed
- Will not tell you monthly fee
Preferred solution: Full refund

Casting 360 Scam
Whoa! Had an email that they were looking for extras in Maryland.
Sent in my name and contact number. Phone rang immediately and somehow speaking faster than I thought humanly possible went through their speech and immediately started asking for credit card info. I dodged it and said I would have to call back with that info suspecting a scam. She was very pushy and, for the first time in the entire call, was speaking slowly and clearly saying that my folio would not be set up until I paid $1.99 with a credit card - Master Card or Visa.
Yep, it's a scam. I spit the bait back and out and swam away.

Casting360 - Customer Care Review
They called my phone 3 times starting at 6 am. What legit business calls at 6 am?
None. That's what. When I spoke with "Arthur Henry" he went through the whole script the got down to the end and asked for my credit card red flags were popping up like crazy. I told him I wasn't comfortable giving my info over the phone and asked for a website or to call them back.
He said I had to do it right then. I kept telling him I didn't even have my card on me that it was back at my desk but he continued to tell me I had to do it now and this whole big load of poo about how their company couldn't do anything with my info or card that I didn't approve first.
Finally I just no thanks and hung up. No legit company is going to be that persistent to get your credit card and not allow you alternative ways to pay.

I called 360 and a guy with an Indian accent answered seemed scripted and a little sketchy then when he asked me for money I was like ok this is a scam bc no talent agent is going to ask you for money. Unless it's for your book. *** Indian
